Application Forms

Thank you for your application to Aleph Bet! In order to apply, there are three forms to complete, the Administrative Data Form, the General Family Information Form and the Records Release Form. Please submit these forms, along with the $100 application fee. Once the admissions office receives these forms, you will be contacted to schedule a screen for your child. Your child's current school will be contacted by Aleph Bet, through the records release form, to obtain a confidential evaluation of your child. Once the screen is complete and the evaluation is received, your child's application is complete.

Our application program offers a rolling admission policy, and in general, we welcome completed applications by January 31. Applicants are notified about acceptance by early March. Upon acceptance, Financial Aid applications are due in late March and notification occurs on a rolling basis.
